The Brief

Zeus Street Greek approached us with an ambitious goal, to share the warmth of Greek hospitality through a national rollout of venues that felt alive with energy and authenticity. Each site needed to hold the same spirit of connection while being adaptable to its local context. The challenge was not just to build spaces but to build experiences that people could feel. This particular site also included a mini refurbishment many years after completion.

 

 

THE APPROACH

Our project director was engaged as the client’s in-house design and project manager, led every detail of delivery across seventeen venues. Our focus was on consistency, collaboration, and culture.

We established a design language that captured the honesty of Greek materials — stone, white render, natural timber — while allowing each store to express its own personality. Every decision was guided by efficiency and empathy, ensuring timelines were met without sacrificing emotion or brand identity.

 

 

THE OUTCOME

Each Zeus venue became a celebration of community. The rollout proved that scalability can still feel human. From the coastal stores to the city hubs, every space carries the same sense of generosity and joy that defines Greek dining. It is a brand that lives through experience — where people come together, share a meal, and leave feeling part of something bigger.
